Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This goes towards your service total.
Important info
Card on file: A valid card is required when booking. It will only be charged in line with our cancellation/no-show policy.

Cancellations & Reschedules: Please give a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. Late changes or no-shows may result in a fee (50% charge of your service)

Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to cancel your service or reschedule.

No Guests: To ensure a relaxing and safe environment, please come alone to your appointment unless otherwise arranged.

Health & Safety: If you're feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment for another day.
