Deposits: £10 non-refundable to all new clients for all appointments.
Important info
Cancellation policy: We require a min. of 48 hours to cancel. If you no show, you will be required to pay 50% of your treatment when booking in again to confirm any future bookings with us.
Cancellations that are less than 48 hours will lose their deposit, cancellations prior to 48 hours can transfer their deposit to a new appointment.
Waiting area: We no longer have a waiting area, so please arrive on time.
Children: We are a child-friendly studio however, no children under 10 unless they can be supervised with another adult with you, who is not undergoing a treatment. We have a lot of equipment throughout the studio that isn't safe for little hands that are left unattended. Thank you!
